Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the full appointment price.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Thank you for your understanding and for giving as much notice as possible, as this allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
